About Me

I am a multidisciplinary PhD computational biologist with extensive expertise in bioinformatics and methods development. I have 10 years experience in project management and integrating computational and laboratory genomics with organismal field biology and ecology. .

I am currently working for Boeinger Ingleheim on the Data and Infrastructure team. I get to support other researchers by fixing and optimizing code, testing new platforms, and scaling analytical pipelines for production.

My previous research spans phylogenetics, methods development, comparative evolution, and conservation genetics. My experience in quantifying and synthesizing information and variation in large phylogenetic datasets has easily translated to other types of data.

I also really like toads. And turtles.
